I am a monthly contributor to the 'Taste & Flair' magazine distributed locally in Malta where I discuss the latest wine trends, grapes and regions. From sailing national champion in the Topper class in 1997 and premier league hockey in the early noughties, I returned to sports in 2011 competing in the local Triathlon scene up to Olympic and Middle Distances.

From sailing national champion in the Topper class in 1997 and premier league hockey in the early noughties, I returned to sports in 2011 competing in the local Triathlon scene up to Olympic and Middle Distances.
Most recently my focus has changed to ultra endurance open-water swimming and Swim-Runs and have completed the 38KM unassisted swim around Gozo in 12hours as part of the the environmental organisation Wave of Change.
